Onboarding Satisfaction: If you aren’t satisfied with your assigned specialist within the first 5 days, we will re-match you or offer a full refund of that month’s retainer.
Unused Hours: Retainer hours do not “roll over” to the next month to ensure our staff remains available for your dedicated needs.
Cancellation: Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with 14 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.
